Pfeiffer College Friends Get-together
and Seagrove Pottery Shopping

their beautiful home
near Siler City, NC.

The folks at Pleasant
Hill UMC invited us to
camp in their parking
lot during our visit.
It was a very quiet
neighborhood.
After the reunion we
traveled to Seagrove
to visit the potteries.
There was lots of beautiful
pottery, and it was hard to
control ourselves.
Fortunately, we realized
that we didn't have
room for this at home.
The Ben Owen family
is just one of many
famous potters in the
area.  
Ben Owen III's home
shows that you can
make a nice living
playing in mud.
Willie and Jean were
our tour guides for
the visit to Seagrove
