Lucerne and
more
Our road trip begins
with a tour through
Zurich.
Although it's Switzerland's
largest city, it still has a
charm like no other place
we have been.
Our next stop was
Lucern with its famous
bridge.
A fabulous outdoor
market lined the
lakeside street.
Plenty to choose
from here.
The bridge is a major
tourist attraction and
is decked out in
flowers to the hilt.
The city is filled with beautiful and
colorful buildings.
Jasmine and Barbara
were having a good
time. (MB)
Shopping opportunities
were plentiful.
Martha and Sonja are
looking for souvenirs.
When was the last time
you saw cigarettes in a
vending machine?
We gather around
waiting for a hamburger.
With a full belly and
a heavy heart, we go
back to the van to
leave this wonderful
city.
Martha poses by
Lake Sarner as
we travel toward
Brienz.
Manuel gets this picture
of Terry making Martha's
Scene near the
Brunigpass. This
was just the tip of
the iceberg for the
amazing sites we
were about to see.
The village of Lungren.
Tremendous waterfalls
like this were seemingly
around every curve.
