Independence, MO.

fascinating tour
through history that
we really enjoyed.

pressed for time,
and weary from the
fast-paced trip, but
we wanted to see
the famous Gateway
Arch.

This thing is bigger
than it looks from
the road. It is 630
feet tall!

We didn't go up in the
arch, but there is a
tram inside that
carries passengers to
the top.

the Mississippi River
and lots of gambling
