We're Home!
August 19, 2006
Anytime we travel
through middle
Tennessee, we always
stop at the Bean Pot
Restaurant at Crossville.
This is an oasis of good
country southern
cooking for those of us
that appreciate such
things.
After two hard days of
driving from central
Missouri, it was good to
see North Carolina.
We were greeted with a
six-mile back-up in the
Pigeon River gorge due
to a truck wreck.  Some
things haven't changed
since we've been away.
